However, we recognize that our customers' needs are different, so we also offer Pro and Premium upgrades to ensure your more specific needs are met.

Our professional IT support service offers total support and management for a fixed monthly cost. By choosing us as your IT support and cloud service provider, we will work together to ensure you get the maximum return on your investment.

BASIC

Basic package provides unlimited remote support and servicing five days a week for a monthly base cost. If an on-site engineer is then required, we charge for their time spent with you.

PRO

With Pro package, all remote and on-site support is covered by the fixed monthly cost, and one of our on site engineering will be available five days per week as agreeds.

PREMUM

Premium package gives you the ultimate, bespoke cover where all costs are included and our engineers are available to you 24/7 to solve any technical issues, including remote and on-site support.
